The cooperative Biosüdtirol was founded in 2002 and joined the VOG in the same year. Its members supplied 32.000.000 kg of fruit in 2021.

Despite its youth, this cooperative has long years of experience in organic production. Biosüdtirol was founded in 2002, but its members already had many decades of experience in organic farming. Around 320 farmers cultivate an average of 3.4 hectares of apple orchards.

If Bio is marked on the fruit, then it is organic on the inside. The cooperative keeps a watchful eye on the purity of its products. The use of the latest technology and software makes it possible to monitor every step in the cultivation of a product, all the way back to the actual orchard and picker. Modern machinery also increases the efficiency of the sorting and packing processes. And there's more. The harvest carries the GLOBALG.A.P. stamp.
